We accept returns only for damaged products reported within 7 days of delivery. To request a return, please email us with your order details and clear photos of the damage. Once approved, the product must be returned unused and in original packaging. We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage. Shipping costs for approved returns will be covered by us. Exchanges or replacements will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item, replacement and exchange product will be delivered within 5-7 days. We reserve the right to reject claims made after 7 days.
